A notice:
Orders received and paid for by 10 a.m. will be shipped the same day. All orders received after this will always be shipped the following day. Of course, this only applies to items that are in stock.
No minimum order value
From now on there is no minimum order value in our entire online shop.

As a wholesale online shop for commercial customers, we now offer you a wide range of online payment options (see images). Final prices remain unchanged regardless of the payment method you choose. On request and for orders with a value of €1,000 or more, we also offer you the option of bank transfer in advance.
Please do not send us any proof of payment
Please note that our system is fully automated and your receipt of payment is automatically recognized by the system and triggers shipping. Sending payment receipts or emails requesting quick shipping cannot speed up this process. Thank you for your understanding

Shipping damages
The sale of individual cartons containing ingredients for Bubble Tea does not align with our new wholesale concept. Due to the potential for damage during the shipment of individual cartons by our current shipping partners, we continue to recommend placing orders for a minimum of 6 cartons. This allows the goods to be shipped on half pallets, minimizing the risk of damage. However, it is important to note that even when shipping half and full pallets, damage cannot be completely ruled out.
Disclaimer:
In accordance with our General Terms and Conditions and the legal provisions pursuant to § 447 BGB in commercial trading, liability is transferred to the buyer, and we do not assume liability for transport damages.
Urgent Notice:
Damaged goods should not be accepted under any circumstances. By accepting, you acknowledge the damage to the transport company. If only partial damage is present, we urge you to document this in the delivery receipt. If you neither refuse acceptance nor document the damage in the delivery receipt, you will not be entitled to compensation from the transport company.
