Who can shop at bobatra.de?bobatra.de is a wholesale online shop for commercial restaurateurs and bubble tea store operators. Only registered users can access the shopping cart and complete the purchase. In addition to the usual information, your company name and your tax number or sales tax identification number are also required for registration. A sale to private customers is therefore excluded. Should a paid and confirmed order result from willful misrepresentation by a private user, this order will be canceled in any case and the invoice amount will be refunded to the customer.
Why do I need a permanent contact person?At bobatra.de we write SERVICE very large! For this reason, you and every customer receive a fixed contact person who is always there for you. Can I only order from bobatra.de via the online shop or also by telephone?We are convinced that our online shop will make your shopping more efficient and faster, which is why we offer you online ordering at bobatra.de. If you are unable to order online, you can also place your order over the phone. However, this requires you to register in our shop beforehand.
Does bobatra.de only offer the products listed in the shop?We always strive to offer the full range of necessary Bubble Tea ingredients and equipment. Do I need my own Euro pallet?Orders with a total weight of 100 kg or more are always packed and shipped on Euro pallets. When your order is delivered, a Euro pallet is required for the exchange. This exchange is free of charge for you and is already included in the shipping costs. If you do not have an undamaged Euro pallet to exchange, we ask you to bring a Euro pallet from our online shop add to your cart. A pallet is €20. If you do not provide a pallet for exchange and have not purchased one from us, we will subsequently invoice you at €25 for each pallet. See GTC Point IV, Section 6. In the event of a pallet exchange, please ensure that you keep your DHL pallet exchange receipt in a safe place in case there are errors in the data transmission by DHL.
